Our projects advance in stages. 

First is the Discovery Stage (1-3 weeks).

We begin with an exploratory phone call or zoom meeting to get to know each other & discuss a in a little more detail the goals for the project. It is important for both parties to feel that we are a good match for each other. After all the necessary details of the project are understood, we sign a contract detailing the scope of work & applicable fees.

Second is the Design Stage (4-8 weeks).

At this point, we have signed a contract and received a deposit for services. In this stage our clients begin using our online platform to access the virtual studio where we share images, information, inspiration, renderings and all other deliverables throughout the project.

Third is the Procurement & Production Stage (4-12 weeks).

During this stage we place orders & manufacture all of the items needed for installation.

Forth is the Installation Stage (3 - 12 weeks).

By far the most gratifying, once we have obtained all of the elements needed for the project, we begin installation. 

Our team works from Costa Rica & Florida. Our showroom is located in downtown Jaco at Jaco Walk. Our design projects are spread around CR & the Florida Keys.

From start to finish it will typically take from 3 - 9 months, depending on the scale & complexity of the project & many other factors.

In Costa Rica, JKB kitchens start around $17.000 and can go up from there. Florida & Caribbean prices will vary.

In Costa Rica, JKB bathroom remodels start around $8,000. Florida & Caribbean prices will vary.

Our Costa Rican projects are typically in the Central Pacific & Guanacaste as well as in the Florida Keys.

In Costa Rica we offer full service interior design, as well as design & build remodeling or new construction collaborations. This includes custom furniture commissions, millwork cabinetry, remodeling & new construction design & custom furniture packages. Beyond Costa Rica, we offer full service interior & virtual design.

Design services start at $4,000 per room.

Our design books cover everything from renderings, kitchen specs & lighting plans, cabinetry accessories, moldings, tile patterns & pretty much every other aesthetic detail that a contractor will need to achieve the look that you desire, custom made for each room in your house. Working with us helps avoid costly mistakes by eliminating the guess work in the construction process.
